Seaview is a one bedroom, spacious, light and breezy apartment within close reach of the beach and all local amenities. The dual reception to the front has attractive sea views. There is a comfortable sofa bed, dining table and chairs, a smart TV and soft seaside themed furnishings throughout.
The bedroom has a welcoming king size bed, bedside tables and chest of drawers with wall wardrobe hanging. The kitchen is well equipped for all your needs for a fantastic stay.

The flat is beautifully furnished and spotless with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is very well located for exploring South Devon. Lovely little touches with Prosecco, cream tea, robes and toiletries. Would definitely recommend!

Pricing
To book, prices range between £90 -£140 per night depending on the season, excl. New Year / Aug and May bank holidays etc.
We require a three night minimum stay however, there may be flexibility. Please contact to discuss.
Prices are:
LOW: £90 per night (mid week) – £110 (weekends) per night
MID: £100 per night (mid week) – £120 (weekends) per night
HIGH: £120 per night (mid week) – £140 (weekends) per night
Terms and conditions
No smoking, including e-cigarettes, no candles or naked flames and no parties or events.
Check in is via a key-safe, anytime after 16:00.
Checkout is by 10am.
A 25% deposit is payable to secure your booking and the full balance will be due 4 weeks before your arrival date.
Cancellations
From the time of booking, up to 4 weeks of arrival, full refund
Between 4 weeks and the 2 weeks of arrival- 50% refund
Within 2 weeks of arrival- No refund available.
